Student Scholarship — Adelaide Conference 2026
Run by ACCSA, the Australia China Cooperation for Sustainable Aviation, and funded by the National Foundation for Australia–China Relations. The competition fosters international collaboration among emerging leaders in sustainable aviation fuel and climate technologies.

Professor of Energy and Environmental Economics and Sustainability · University of Technology Sydney
Research Principal at the Australia China Relations Institute, UTS, and President of ISETS, the International Society for Energy Transition Studies. Named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher in 2025 and ranked among the world’s top 2% of scientists in the energy field. Brings over 25 years of experience across industry, government and research institutions in Australia and Asia.
Speaker 02Chunan Wang
Associate Professor · School of Economics and Management, Beihang University
Holds a PhD in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics, France. Research spans industrial organisation and aviation economics, published in Transportation Research Part B and other leading journals. Principal investigator on grants from the National Natural Science Foundation and China’s Ministry of Education.
Speaker 03Kun Wang
Assistant Professor, Industrial and Systems Engineering · The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Holds a PhD in Transport and Logistics from the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. Author of more than 100 articles across leading transportation and economics journals. Named among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in 2023 and 2024.

Professor of Aviation · Adelaide University
Research spans aviation and transport economics, management, policy and aviation sustainability. Currently leads a DFAT-funded National Foundation for Australia–China Relations project on sustainable aviation fuel.
